It is also a hardcover, 628 pages, and the price is currently set at $29.95 + shipping ($10 domestic, $15 int’l).
Just as Tracy said over at her site, all orders made by Dec. 7th should be received by Christmas. We will send you an email when your order is shipped. Domestic shipping will be done via Priority Mail. We will assume you want the book autographed unless you indicate otherwise. If you have a special request regarding the autograph, just let us know.
